Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on pvolabs.com from PVO Labs LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (pierre@pvolabs.com). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Products. PVO Labs sells digital business systems built on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, such as Lead Recovery System, Paperwork Recovery System and Jobsite Ready Team, and ERS (Estimate Recovery System), a web application. The main features, requirements and limitations of each product are described on its product or sales page. For example, Lead Recovery System Standard organizes follow-ups and provides message templates, but does not send emails or SMS automatically. Paperwork Recovery System Standard sends document requests and reminders to your clients from your own Gmail account, in your business name, and collects the files they upload into your own Google Drive; it does not send text messages, read your Gmail or review the content of your clients' documents. ERS sends follow-up emails about your estimates in your business name and, on the Estimates + Invoices plan, payment reminders on unpaid invoices you add to it; it does not create estimates or invoices, collect payments, send text messages or make calls. Jobsite Ready Team is a pre-departure truck loading checklist; it is not a safety program.

2. Plans and prices.
- Lead Recovery System Standard, yearly plan: $299 per year, renewing automatically every year.
- Lead Recovery System Standard, monthly plan: $34.99 per month, renewing automatically every month.
- Paperwork Recovery System Standard, yearly plan: $279 per year, renewing automatically every year.
- Paperwork Recovery System Standard, monthly plan: $32.99 per month, renewing automatically every month.
- ERS, Estimates plan: $59 per month for one business, renewing automatically every month, after a 14-day free trial with no card required.
- ERS, Estimates + Invoices plan: $79 per month for one business (adds payment reminders on unpaid invoices), renewing automatically every month, after the same free trial.
- Jobsite Ready Team: a one-time purchase of $69.99. It does not renew.
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location. The price charged is the one shown at the time of your order. Any change to a renewal price is notified in advance as described in section 4.

3. Payment. Payment is due when you place your order and, for subscription plans, on each renewal date. It is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners using the methods offered at checkout.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation (subscription plans only). Your subscription plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month for monthly plans, every year for yearly plans), and the payment method on file is charged on the renewal date, unless you cancel before that date. The renewal terms are shown before you pay, and your consent to them is requested at checkout. Yearly plans: we email you a reminder before each renewal, with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel. Monthly plans: we email you a reminder of your subscription terms at least once a year, and you can cancel at any time. How to cancel: email pierre@pvolabs.com from the email address used at purchase, or use the cancellation link included in your purchase and reminder emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your license or account stays active until then and is not renewed. If a price changes, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal, with instructions to cancel. One-time purchases, such as Jobsite Ready Team, are charged once and never renew.

5. Beta offer (Lead Recovery System). Beta users use Standard free of charge for 15 days and are never charged automatically at the end of the beta. Founding offer: beta users who (a) complete their 15-day beta, (b) submit an honest written review of their experience and (c) allow PVO Labs to publish that review on pvolabs.com can buy their first year of the yearly plan for $199 instead of $299, if they purchase by November 15, 2026. The review may be positive or critical: the founding price does not depend on what the review says. Published reviews from founding beta users are identified as coming from beta users who received this offer. After the first year, the plan renews at the regular yearly price ($299) unless canceled as described in section 4. The founding price applies to the yearly plan only; the monthly plan is offered at the regular monthly price. Earlier written offers: if PVO Labs sent you a different founding offer in writing before October 7, 2026, that written offer applies instead of the one above, provided you joined the beta before beta signups closed on October 15, 2026.

6. ERS free trial. New ERS accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required and nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial. To keep using ERS, you purchase one of the monthly plans on pvolabs.com.

7. Order confirmation and delivery. You receive an order confirmation by email. Products are delivered electronically as described in our Delivery Policy.

8. License and access. Lead Recovery System: each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, valid for the billing period you paid for and renewed as described in section 4, to use one activated copy of the product for your own business, linked to the purchase email. When a plan ends without renewal, the license is deactivated at the end of the paid period. Your leads remain in your own Google Sheet. Legitimate replacements can be reset by PVO Labs support. Paperwork Recovery System: each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, valid for the billing period you paid for and renewed as described in section 4, to use one activated copy of the product for your own business, linked to the purchase email. When a plan ends without renewal, the license is deactivated at the end of the paid period and automatic requests and reminders stop. Your client list stays in your own Google Sheet and the files your clients sent stay in your own Google Drive. ERS: each subscription gives one business access to the ERS web application for the period paid, under the ERS Terms of Service (pvolabs.com/pages/ers-terms). Jobsite Ready Team: one purchase covers one company. You may make unlimited copies of the template for your own jobs and share them with your own crew. The license does not expire, unless the purchase is refunded. For all products: you may not resell, share outside your company, sublicense, publish or redistribute the product, its templates, its scripts or your account.

9. Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Jobsite Ready Team includes a 14-day refund. ERS, Lead Recovery System and Paperwork Recovery System include a 14-day refund on the first paid charge.

10. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your accounts, the data you enter in the product and the messages you send to your leads and customers, including the follow-up emails ERS sends in your business name. You must comply with laws that apply to your communications, such as anti-spam, telemarketing and privacy laws (for example the CAN-SPAM Act and the TCPA in the United States). Paperwork Recovery System: you are responsible for the documents your clients send you through the product, which are stored in your own Google Drive, and for protecting them as required by the laws and professional rules that apply to you (for example, data-security rules that apply to tax preparers and other financial service providers). PVO Labs does not receive, store or review these documents. You are also responsible for the emails the product sends to your clients in your name. Jobsite Ready Team is a logistics checklist: it does not replace site safety assessments, equipment inspections, applicable rules or trained supervision, and you remain responsible for your crew, your equipment and your job sites.

11. No guaranteed results. PVO Labs products are tools that help you organize your work. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, accepted estimates, recovered revenue, documents received, complete loads or other business result.

12. Warranty and liability. We will make reasonable efforts to fix defects that prevent the product from working as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is otherwise provided "as is", and PVO Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, loading errors, missing equipment or job-site decisions), or for changes, outages or limitations of Google services or other third-party services. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue amicably.
