How it works
- Add an estimate. Customer name, email, amount, the date you sent it, and the PDF if you have it. About a minute.
- ERS follows up. A short sequence of emails from your business name, on business days, during business hours in your time zone. Replies come straight to your inbox.
- Your customer answers in one click. Each email links to a simple page where they can accept, say they're still deciding, or decline.
- You see it right away. Follow-ups stop on their own and you get an alert. If a customer unsubscribes, ERS never emails them again.

Your business name, your reply-to address and your logo on every email. Every email includes your business mailing address and an unsubscribe link, as US law requires.

On the Estimates + Invoices plan, ERS also follows up on unpaid invoices. Add the invoice (customer, amount, due date and the PDF if you have it) and ERS sends polite payment reminders in your business name until it is marked paid.

Questions
Will my customers know it's automated?
The emails come from your business name, are short and written the way a person writes, and replies go to your own inbox.
Can I choose when follow-ups go out?
ERS sends on business days, during business hours in your time zone. You can pause follow-ups for one estimate or for your whole account at any time.
What if a customer replies by email instead of clicking?
Their reply lands in your inbox. Open the estimate in ERS, mark it accepted, still deciding or declined, and follow-ups stop.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ERS works in your web browser, on a computer or a phone.
What happens if I stop?
Your account stays active until the end of the month you paid. You can export your data, and we delete it 30 days after your account closes.
